How does it work?

Call our friendly staff to get set up on our portal. Once you are set up, you can screen facility claims to determine if the claim is fair and reasonable at the touch of a button by benchmarking the claim against financial data.

This allows our clients to reduce the administrative workload associated with reviewing in-network claims discounting. All that is required is the facility name, the facility address and the PPO discount. Once the data is entered the tool will give a green, yellow or red light:

• A green light means that based on industry benchmarks the bill is likely a suitable candidate for additional cost containment, and should be forwarded to Global Excel for review.
• A yellow light means the bill warrants an in-depth analysis to determine if it is a candidate for additional cost containment and should be forwarded to Global Excel.
• A red light means that from a financial perspective no problems are readily apparent. If you feel the claim requires a clinical analysis, please see GEM-MD.
